Novotel Yangon Max

Security, front desk, housekeeping and room service staff were very friendly and helpful. All spoke very good English. Despite it was Thingyan holiday and hotel was nearly fully booked, the room was quiet. The hotel has several restaurant outlets and a small convenience store on the groundfloor, so no need to go out if you don't want to. There is a big shopping mall abt. 5 min walk away, with plenty of shops and restaurant. If you need a taxi, security staff will call it for you, no need to go to main road.

The Breakfast spread was good with vast variety of local and International cuisines. The best was thier freshly cooked salmon Benedict. The staff was friendly and willing to help on request. There is a 24hrs Convenient store at the lobby making it very convenient to purchase amenities . Overall very good stay.

everything about the stay was perfect. Bathroom was big and clean . Toiletries were of good quality. Staff was supper supportive, they arranged the flower decoration and small cake for the birthday without any extra cost. Breakfast was nice also. Bed was super comfy.

Breakfast was good and on request the hotel staff arranged pure vegetarian breakfast . Nice Hospitality
